- Family Collaboration — we partner with parents, caregivers, and schools to ensure consistent progress
- Safe & Structured Environment — all activities follow DBHDS and Medicaid guidelines for community-based services

At Chosen From The Heart family services , we serve Children and adolescents (ages 5-17) with
- Developmental disabilities
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Emotional or behavioral challenges
- Intellectual disabilities or learning differences
- Need for social skill development or structured support
- ID/DD waiver
Our programs
- Skill Building: Communication, teamwork, decision-making, and self-advocacy
- Community Integration: Outings to parks, libraries, recreation centers, volunteer opportunities, and local events
- Recreational Activities: Sports, arts and crafts, nature walks, and cooperative games
- Life Skills: Budgeting, grocery shopping, using public transportation, and personal organization
- Service Learning: Giving back to the community while developing empathy and responsibility
